Call for Members Impacto Membership 2025–2026

Two years ago, Impacto began to build something unique: a small but vibrant network of organisations that share the ambition not only to participate, but to create value together.

Today, this community already brings together +50 organisations that took part in the Impacto Events of 2024 and 2025. They include NGOs, universities, public authorities, SMEs and social enterprises from across Europe, united by a common vision of innovation, social impact and ethical collaboration.

What we have achieved so far

We started as an informal network of organisations across the EU that was aligned by values and common innovative ideas of social innovation. We started from three informal events to support the professional development of professionsists working in the field of EU projects and innovation to evolve us into a dynamic space for organisations, professionals and innovators. 

In just two years we:

• launched co-design processes on strategic EU funding opportunities;

• created advanced training pathways to strengthen project design and management skills;

• generated new synergies and transnational collaborations at both professional and human level;

• built an environment where each organisation can rely on trustworthy partners across Europe.

Why a Membership programme

The Membership is designed to ensure that the network continues to grow in a structured and sustainable way. It is not simply a financial contribution, but a conscious decision to join an ecosystem built around three guiding values:

• Innovation – every project, in a long-term strategy, is an opportunity to experiment and to grow;

• Quality – we work with high standards and shared accountability in our network between professionals and organisations across the EU;

• Impact – we measure what we do and deliver tangible value back to our members because we believe impact is not just a word but is a community-matter for the future of everyone.

Membership contributions support our continuous commitment and allow us to reinvest in the network, providing exclusive content, opportunities, training and a stronger infrastructure for collaboration.

The Call for Members

Impacto is a selective and cohesive network. This means that only selected organizations can join the network after they apply to the process of selection. Our aim is to contrast the imbalance often found in large networks, and instead give true recognition to the added value of each organisation and professional involved. Every voice matters and every contribution is valued.

Impacto is opening an official Call for Members for the year 2025–2026.

How does our membership programme work?

• Memberships open only once a year, for a limited one-month period, and always by invitation. This deliberate choice allows us to preserve the quality of the network and to build an innovation ecosystem that is selective, cohesive and high-value.

• This year, the admission window will run from 22 September to 22 October 2025.

• Members will also have the opportunity to recommend new organisations through a dedicated referral mechanism, ensuring that growth remains aligned with the values of Impacto.

We look forward to starting this new journey together with our members and to try to change the narrative at EU level towards the EU funding opportunities of research and development. We promote small steps to reach a long-term impact together in a future full of concrete results that have positive outcomes on communities, organisations, professionals and individuals.
