ErasmusDays 2026: A European Event to Explore Erasmus+ and Build New Partnerships

9/15/26, 12:00 PM

As part of ErasmusDays 2026, Impacto Research Centre is organising an online event on 13 October for European organisations interested in exploring Erasmus+ opportunities, expanding their international networks and meeting potential partners for future collaborations and projects.

On 13 October 2026, from 15:00 to 17:00 CET, Impacto Research Centre will host an online networking event as part of ErasmusDays 2026, bringing together organisations from across Europe.

The event has a simple goal: to create a space where participants can learn more about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Programme while, above all, meeting other organisations, sharing expertise and interests, and laying the foundations for future European collaborations.

Erasmus+ offers much more than mobility opportunities. For organisations, associations, educational institutions and other civil society actors, it can be a powerful tool to develop new competences, strengthen international cooperation, experiment with innovative approaches and build partnerships that continue beyond individual projects.

From Erasmus+ opportunities to new partnerships

The first part of the event will provide a practical overview of Erasmus+ and the different ways organisations can engage with the Programme.

We will explore how Erasmus+ can support international cooperation, organisational development and the exchange of knowledge and competences between European organisations. The session will also provide useful guidance for organisations approaching the Programme for the first time and looking to better understand the opportunities available.

The second part of the event will focus on networking.

Participating organisations will have the opportunity to introduce themselves, present their areas of expertise and interest, connect with organisations from other countries and identify potential complementarities for future projects.

The exchange will focus in particular on four thematic areas:

  • Culture & Heritage
  • Inclusion & Diversity
  • Citizenship & Civic Engagement
  • Digital Competence & Digital Literacy

The aim is to go beyond simply exchanging contacts and encourage conversations that can develop into new partnerships and future Erasmus+ project ideas.

Who is the event for?

The event is open both to organisations already experienced in Erasmus+ and to those taking their first steps into the Programme.

It will be particularly relevant for organisations looking to expand their European network, meet partners with complementary expertise, exchange experiences and good practices, or start building partnerships for future Erasmus+ opportunities.

There is no need to arrive with a fully developed project idea. The event is also intended as a space where new connections can emerge before proposals take shape.

ErasmusDays are an opportunity to showcase what European cooperation can look like in practice. With this event, we want to start with the organisations and the relationships between them: meeting each other, sharing what we can bring to the table, and beginning to build tomorrow’s collaborations together.
